We've been so excited to talk about our Guten Free Chex, Baking and Fruit Snacks. On twitter we were asked to share Gluten Free Dinner Recipes. But we know the community has the best responses and answers. [:D Please share your favorite Gluten Free dinner recipes!

Mashed or baked potatoes, grilled chicken, and green beans, corn, or peas.  Make a gluten-free gravy with GF bullion and corn starch.  Voila!  


I'm so happy to be able to purchase GF Betty Crocker cake mixes.  When will we be seeing GF Bisquick?Wink

Chicken Fettucini Alfredo


gluten free rice or corn fettucici noodles


jar classico sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce


2 cups cooked chicken cubed


fresh broccoli, mushrooms, green onions, zucchini, summer squash, carrots (steamed)


garlic


 


Boil noodles till done, drain and put in large pot


add sauce and remaining ingredients


simmer till heated


top with Kraft shredded mozarella or italian blend cheese


 


(name brands are the safe gluten free brands)

Steak Kew


1 lb flank, skirt steak or other beef cut into 1 inch cubes


1 T gluten free soy sauce


1/4 t pepper


1 T gluten free corn starch


1 onion, diced


2 garlic cloves, minced


1 t ginger root, minced


9 oz snow peas, broccoli, or asparagus tips


1 lb firm, ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges


4 cups cooked white or brown rice


3 T peanut oil


Combine beef, onion, soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, garlic and ginger.  Let stand 15 minutes.  Blanch or steam vegetables, drain and place on heated platter.  Heat peanut oil in wok or skillet and stir-fry meat and onion.  Meat should be seared and slightly pink inside.  Pour over vegetables and serve with tomatoes and cooked rice.
