Last week I had guests—my mom and aunt—in town and, inevitably, one of their requested destinations was The Mall of America. If you love malls, it is the place to be, with hundreds of shops and restaurants and plenty of people watching. Baking Focaccia and Ciabatta Bread
I love any kind of bread, and to me, a meal doesn’t feel like a meal without some bread. I tend not to buy bread from the bakery on the grocery. Focaccia is $3.99 for a smallish loaf at the grocery store where I shop (it’s not a fancy place, either). Focaccia is a flat bread, usually flavored with olive oil and topped with salt or herbs.
