It's Greek to Me!

Last night after work, I decided to fix a Greek dinner for Jack and me before going to see the movie, Mamma Mia!—which was filmed in Greece. Since I had limited time, I kept the menu really simple. I purchased some hummus and pita bread from a supermarket. I didn't have time to make a dessert and so we went without. I've added one to the menu below, in case you have more time and want to serve a dessert with this menu. An even simplier dessert would be vanilla ice cream topped with honey and chopped walnuts. (If is seems like there is a lot of spinach, Kalamata olives and feta cheese in this menu, that's because there is.) ...
