Cupcake Delivery

Last week in DC, I saw a wonderful sight—perhaps not as lofty or inspiring as the Lincoln Memorial, but maybe more fun: a cupcake truck.  While the truck does drop off pre-ordered cupcakes, it is part of a larger food trend of mobile food carts happening in major cities.  Think of it as a sort of “ice cream truck” experience, but allows you to walk up and order a cupcake.  I bought a Key Lime, Red Velvet and Cookies and Cream.  These were some of the best cupcakes I’ve had in a while!
