Baking Focaccia and Ciabatta Bread I love any kind of bread, and to me, a meal doesn’t feel like a meal without some bread.  I tend not to buy bread from the bakery on the grocery.  Focaccia is $3.99 for a smallish loaf at the grocery store where I shop (it’s not a fancy place, either).  Focaccia is a flat bread, usually flavored with olive oil and topped with salt or herbs.  In actuality, focaccia is easy and inexpensive to make.  I threw one together last night to eat with dinner tonight.  I topped mine with sea salt and dried rosemary.  This is my favorite re...
