I made this salad the other day when I had a friend over to catch up over lunch. The salad had mesclun mix, sliced strawberries, whole blackberries, shaved onions, poppy seeds and toasted almond slivers. I made a simple vinaigrette with sweet balsamic. Salads make entertaining easy. Toss your greens in your Salad Spinner and your vinegar and oil in your dressing maker. Plus, salads and seasonal fruit have great eye appeal and look gorgeous.
