No wonder Jill's recipes are so easy. She once owned a business that specialized in teaching kids to cook & bake.

East Coast Snowpocalypse
by jillbcooks  2/9/2010 7:45:00 PM

I feel for the East Coast, even though I live in Minnesota.  They have many, many inches on the ground already with several more on the way.  In fact, the amount of snowfall there is historic.  My sister and her husband live outside of Washington, DC and they are astounded by the amount of snow.  My sister is a teacher, and between snowdays and President’s Day weekend, she is not headed into school until next Tuesday.  My brother-in-law is a professional photographer and his snapshots of the snow are really quite amazing.  My sis’s plan for the day was to make cookies.

Are you snowed in someplace on the East Coast?  Have you been baking and cooking?  What have you been making?

Here are some ideas for those of you with cabin fever:

Snowy Hearts Cutouts
