I have been on a yogurt kick lately. Have you tried Greek yogurt? A friend who is a dietician recommended it to me as a way to get more dairy and protein in my diet. I decided that I wanted to add some texture to the yogurt so I made granola this week. I like to make granola every now and again, but I am lazy, so I make it on the stovetop. I start with oats in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. I let the oats toast a bit, then I poured them out onto a plate. My life has been so crazy lately that I haven't been able to blog for about a month. It's year-end at General Mills and we are eveloping many new products, recipes and photos, even as we speak. I'm sure people wonder what really goes on in the Betty Crocker Kitchens. Well, it varies from day to day. Today the Yoplait marketing team prepared recipes developed in the Betty Crocker Kitchens using Yoplait large-size yogurt. (32 ounces of yogurt).
