Portion Size-A Key to Losing Weight

People often ask, "If there was just one thing I could do to help me lose wieght, what would it be?"  My answer is to pay attention to portion sizes, it's more about how much we eat than eliminating certain foods. (that is, if all the other good habits are in place, like exercising regularly, eating healthy foods. etc). Many marketplace and restaurant portions are much larger than standard portions--and bigger portions have made us bigger eaters, according to a couple of recent studies.  It's easy to lose touch with what a real serving size looks like when we are offered larger servings.
