Need recipes for zucchini? I’ve been baking Zucchini Bread (because it’s easier to give away than zucchinis!) and still have zucchini left in my refrigerator after making several batches. I love this bread, with a mild spice flavor from cinnamon and cloves, because it's so easy to slice and has a nice fine grain.
