Valentine’s Day is just a week away, and it’s not too early to start thinking about a special treat you can make for your sweetheart. Here’s a dessert I love, first becasue it's filled with a delicious chocolate ganache and then because you pipe a chocolate-flavored meringue into heart shapes.
