You still have time to make shamrock cookies for St. Patrick's Day! I made 15 (3-inch) cookies starting with a Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix, which works great for making rolled cookies if you add a little flour to it.

Renae, a member of our staff, came up with a way our department could use our kitchen resources to decorate cookies for local food shelves. She made a few calls and was able to get 2,000 sugar cookies donated from one of our General Mills plants in Chanhassen, Minnesota. A committe was then formed to make a plan for decorating all of these cookies in our test kitchens by employees throughout our company as a team-building event.
