Hi Family,
It's Vanessa again. Andi's still on vacation (SO envious...but I digress:)
I've never been much for one to make crepes--in fact, I missed that class at culinary school (it's a long.....story). Anywho...
Recently while in New York City I was introduced to a place called Bar Suzette Creperie in Chelsea Market. Now, I always thought of crepes as light and airy rolled-up pancakes, to be quite honest with you. But boy did this place prove me wrong. Theyve turned the proverbial crepe on its ear, turning out deliciously decadent sandwich-like crepes that you can order either sweet or savory.
