Here’s a fun way to serve grilled chicken breasts. Just cut them into strips and marinate the strips in a flavorful soy sauce mixture. Then before grilling, thread the chicken strips onto bamboo skewers along with some green onion pieces. You can prepare the chicken to this point, at least 8 hours before you plan to grill it.
Heating your grill takes longer than cooking the chicken – which takes only 4 to 8 minutes. After just 3 minutes of cooking, turn skewers over....

On most Sunday afternoons, we drive 3 ½-hours hours from our cabin to return to our home in Minneapolis. After returning home, I need a quick meal that’s easy to make. I like this flavorful and quick-to-make chicken entrée. I usually serve it with cooked pasta and a simple tossed salad. Don't let the name of this classic Italian dish scare you. It simply means, "jump (in the) mouth."

On nights when I have a French class and get home late, Jack sometimes starts dinner for us. This recipe for Tangy Sesame Chicken tastes better than a frozen entrée and costs much less than picking up the same meal from our local Asian restaurant.
Cutting the chicken breasts into strips takes only a minute or two.
It's easy to dip the chicken pieces into the batter and then fry them...
