The holidays are over now and we are all getting back to our routines. It’s still winter in Minnesota and really cold outside. The days are too short and the nights way too long. If this is sounding a bit dismal to you as it does to me, maybe you need a little Comfort—Food, that is.

With the holidays quickly approaching, we all need help with planning week-night meals because it's such a busy time of year. So, I’ve decided to share five easy dinner recipes with you in my next five posts, as a way to help you though an entire week.

Our days are getting longer and warmer and for some of you, this means a change in your cooking. I plan to start looking for new grilling recipes – that is after Jack shovels off our deck where our gas grill is. Here in Minnesota, it's supposed to snow (or maybe rain) on Monday, so winter's not quite over yet.
