 Did you know stuffed cookies are a hot, new food trend? They are made by baking a cookie within a cookie. Don't believe me? You can check it out at Seriouseats.com.  For a really easy-to-make version of these cookies, Blake and I started  with Pillsbury° Simply° refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough.   Each package contains 12 unbaked cookies, about the size of hockey pucks....
