I’m getting ready to leave for a vacation in Italy this week. For me, part of getting for my trip is sampling some Italian recipes I’m been finding online and in cookbooks. New Potatoes and Peas with White Wine and Rosemary

I came home from the Minneapolis Farmers Market, last week, with a bag of new potatoes. I wanted to find a recipe to cook them that was either Italian or had some Italian seasonings in it. After looking at lots of recipes (online and in cookbooks), I discovered that many of the recipes used white wine instead of water for steaming potatoes.
