We were invited to the new home of friends recently for dinner and when I asked what we could bring, my friend Marilyn suggested I bring the dessert. My first thought was to bring a new creamy-rich cheesecake that we have been working on in the kitchens but when I passed that idea by her, she told me that she and her husband were on a low-fat diet. By then, I had my mind set on cheesecake and so I drudged up an old recipe that I’d worked on years ago for a Pillsbury® Fast & Healthy magazine. These individual cheesecakes take much less time to make than a traditional cheesecake (they are ready to eat in just a little over an hour) and are really pretty. Best ...
