I'm invited to a Holiday Dessert Buffet next week after work. What dessert would you bring, if you wanted yours to be the one to disappear quickly and the one for which everyone asks for the recipe? I'm think thinking about making a tart that I can keep in my trunk all day long--which is one of my criteria for choosing a recipe. And since almost everyone likes chocolate and caramel, I don't think I can go wrong with this Salted Cashew Bittersweet Chocolate Tart.

We were invited to the new home of friends recently for dinner and when I asked what we could bring, my friend Marilyn suggested I bring the dessert. My first thought was to bring a new creamy-rich cheesecake that we have been working on in the kitchens but when I passed that idea by her, she told me that she and her husband were on a low-fat diet. By then, I had my mind set on cheesecake and so I drudged up an old recipe that I’d worked on years ago for a Pillsbury® Fast & Healthy magazine.
These individual cheesecakes take much less time to make than a traditional cheesecake (they are ready to eat in just a little over an hour) and are really pretty. Best ...
