It’s hard to talk about a new year without bringing up resolutions. I admire all the people who resolve to eat better, lose weight and exercise more. Considering how picky I am, to cut out—or even limit—the few foods I like would almost certainly mean disaster, but I figure it can’t hurt to try and work in a few more fresh fruits and vegetables.
