Here’s a new one for me! I recently returned from a business trip to Birmingham Alabama, where I ordered the BBQ Omelette for breakfast. This omelette was filled with pulled BBQ pork and then topped with BBQ sauce. It was delicious!Jeff took this photo of our group. His plate is at the center-front of this photo. I point this out because he also orderd the BBQ Omelette and if you look closely, you will see the small plastic cup that was filled with the BBQ sauce to pour over our omelettes. Demetri’s BBQ, in Homewood, AL. is the restaurant where I sampled this culinary delight....
