For a special Valentine dessert that takes only 5 minutes to make, here is a cherry yogurt panna cotta recipe for two.

Valentine Panna Cotta for Two
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Start to finish: 1 hour 5 minutes
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (1/2 of ¼-oz envelope)
3 tablespoons milk
2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® cherry orchard lowfat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 small dollops whipped topping
2 maraschino cherries with stems
In small microwavable bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons milk; let stand 1 minute. Microwave uncovered on high 30 seconds. Stir gelatin mixture until gelatin dissolves.
In medium bowl stir gelatin mixture into yogurt, stir in almond extract until thoroughly blended.
Spoon into 2 (6-oz) heart shaped molds or custard cups. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

To unmold panna cottas, dip molds in small bowl of very hot water for 30 to 60 seconds; immediately invert onto individual dessert plates. Remove molds.
Garnish each panna cotta with dollop of whipped topping; top with cherry.

Tip: If desired, serve each panna cotta with 2 dark chocolate hearts, unwrapped.
