I’m a big fan of dairy foods and that makes it easy for me to get enough calcium. For example, one serving of my favorite Blueberry Smoothies contains 30% of the recommended daily amount we need. (Just three of these smoothies would give me nearly all the calcium that I need for an entire day!)

Cheese is one of my favorite foods too and that’s another great source of calcium. Here is a new Caramelized Onion and Crispy Pancetta Pizza recipe from one of our bloggers. This pizza would be great to serve at a Super Bowl party because it is more of a snack pizza with lots of cheese, caramelized onions and pancetta (Italian unsmoked bacon) but no sauce. Jack and I made it last week for dinner and we really liked it and will definitely make it again.
