Jack likes simple meals, so to make his Father’s Day special, it doesn’t take much in the way of menu planning. Steak is his favorite meal—hands down. But I always like something more interesting than just plain steaks. Here is our compromise this year: Grilled Pepper Steaks with Honey Onions. Jason and Katie are bringing over a big salad and I’ll grill some sliced potatoes to go with the steaks. For dessert, we will have another one of Jack’s favorites—Chocolate Sundaes.
