The wind chill is 6°F in Minneapolis right now and the 28 mph gusts of wind are blowing around the light snow that fell earlier today. This is good cookie-baking weather. Not only will you warm up your kitchen but you will have warm cookies to nibble on when they are done.
For some good peanut butter cookies (ones even a two-year old can make), start with a package of Pillsbury® refrigerated Simiply™ Cookies. Blake helped us make some of these cookies in October, during a weekend at our cabin.

With Papa's help, Blake rolled the dough into balls...

and dipped the balls of peanut-butter cookie dough into sugar. He didn't need any help to do this.

Then he placed the dipped balls of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet and pressed the balls with a fork to make the traditional criss cross pattern.

Grandma Andi baked the cookies as directed on the package. They were so easy to make and....

they tasted great too!

If you bake these cookies this week, you won't have any left for big Game Day on February 7th. So, bake up another batch or try some of these Betty Crocker Sweet Treats for Game Day.
