Stir-Fried Thai Chicken Salad
This simple Thai recipe uses lots of fall produce from the garden including: zucchini, carrots, green onions, bok choy and cilantro.

My Thai friend, Pranee Kruasanit Halvorsen, who lives and teaches Thai cooking in Seattle, started this site last year. I took a class from her when I traveled to Seattle for a conference a couple of years ago and found her to be a good and patient teacher. She is also very knowledgeable about Thai cuisine. For the past several years, Pranee has been leading culinary trips to Thailand and in the 2010, she is leading a trip called, Discover Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. I'm going to have to start saving my pennies!
