Grilled Cheesy Potato Packet

We are headed up to the cabin over Memorial Day weekend and Jason, Katie and Blake will be joining us there. I'm planning to make some simple meals so we can spend time outdoors rather than in the kitchen. The recipe for Grilled Cheesy Potato Packet has just four ingredients and is very easy to make. Best of all, you will have no cleanup because this side dish is made in a foil packet. Serve these yummy potatoes with grilled burgers, steak or chicken breasts.

Hi, I was looking for a fast and easy way to make potatoes and saw this one. It looks like we will be using it in the near future and not just for dinner. I think we could use it for a breakfast meal with maybe eggs and a meat. I am excited to find this, thank you very much. Susanmd53
