Spring Lamb

Even if the weather doesn’t cooperate, it’s finally Spring  according to our calendars. In the last two weeks, Jack and I were served lamb chops for dinner, both at a friend’s home and in a restaurant as a part of a pre-set menu. 

Lamb chops are great for a quick family meal. Try this recipe for Grilled Mint-Wine Lamb Chops.

I just joined today and lo and behold first thing I see is this beautiful lamb! I want to try the apricot rosemary lamb. The other looks delicous, too, but I do not have a yard for a grill and my condos won't allow us to have one on the balcony. I intend to learn how to prepare this though. I'm relatively new to lamb. I've enjoyed it in restaurants but not at home. I imagine this would not only be delicous but make my place smell heavenly. Thank you very much.
