Have you seen the commercials for Bel Gioioso Unwrap & Roll Fresh Mozzarella Cheese?

The directions on the 12-oz package are to “unwrap and unroll”. When I did that, the edges of the one I had were a little ragged.

Then you directed to “fill and roll”. I laid fresh basil leaves on the rolled out cheese.

It was easy to roll up. But, I recommend that you roll and press at the same time to get a roll this is tight enough to stick together.

“Slice and Serve”. It’s as easy as that and ready to eat in just minutes! You can't even notice the ragged edges.

Have you tried this product yet? The label states to create your own signature rolls with pesto, chopped artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, fresh herbs, cured meats or grilled eggplant. I’m going to make another roll this week and fill one with salami and one with fresh herbs or chopped olives—or both!
