Ever since I was a college student, one of my favorite food magazines has been Bon Appetit—and it still is. I've been waiting to share a yummy summer dessert recipe for Strawberry Sundaes with Prosecco Sabayon with you (from the July 2008 issue) but decided to wait until it was no longer for sale at newsstand.

For a casual summer dinner, I served the sundaes in plastic wine glasses. As the recipe blurb states, "Not your average sundae: Strawberry sorbet takes the place of ice cream; Prosecco Sabayon (an airy, foam custard) is the sauce; and sugared almond add crunch." Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Italy.
Now I'm curious. What are your favorite food magazines, besides the Betty Crocker supermarket magazines, of course?
