Cookies are my thing, and I especially enjoy putting a fresh spin on a traditional favorite. My “Caramel Macchiato Thumbprints”, inspired by my favorite coffee shop drink, are fragrant with espresso and vanilla, filled with creamy caramel and a drizzle of chocolate…heavenly! This has become my most requested recipe, no one can believe how quickly the go together (thanks to the Betty Brocker sugar cookie mix!) and how delicious they taste.
