I was at a family party “Anniversary” 50th. They had it catered. They served a macaroon cookie that I really liked. I decided to try my own version and recreate this cookie using a “Betty Crocker Cookie Mix”. I absolutely love the texture and flavor of this cookie. The appearance is pretty too. I have my husband try all of my recipes and my sister in law tried them too…They loved them! They were a hit! Fancy enough for Wedding, Easter brunch of any occasion.
