Mini desserts are all the rage. These cute ice cream cakes are ridiculously easy to make and are even easier to eat!
To create them, you will need a baked and cooled cake, ice cream, chocolate sandwich cookies and whipped topping.
Using a fork, break the cake up a bit. You want large crumbles of cake.
In small jars, layer ice cream, cake crumbles, cookies, more ice cream and whipped topping.
Cover and freeze until ready to serve. Yum!
