Learn how to add a coating to meat.

Place seasonings and bread crumbs or flour in a paper or plastic bag. Add a few pieces of chicken or fish at a time; shake until each piece is evenly coated. If dipped into milk or egg mixture before coating with crumbs, use one hand for handling the wet food and the other for handling the dry food.
