Made this delicious chicken last week on the grill. Was very very good, quick and tasty. Would suggest serving with brown or white rice to soak up the awesome juices. Next time I am also going to cut my red peppers a little smaller just for easier eating. This is totally a great dish to serve if you are entertaining and need something quick and great tasting. And the grilling is a plus - we live in AZ and its well over 100 degrees - not heating up the house is a plus. ENJOY!

My Aunt made this for me while I was visiting her. It is sooo good. Make a nice salad to go along side this and you have a complete meal. Quick and easy too.

Not only did my husband and I love this recipe, my 9 year old daughter loved it and ate every bit of it. She's normally a very picky eater but she loved this one.

We tried this and it was awesome. I used more sauce than the recipe called for and even added approx 1 tsp additional prior to serving. The kids even loved it and it was healthy. Would serve on rice for some additional fill! Will do again! Thanks!

This is such an easy/healthy meal! It is one that we do when we have company and they always want the recipe before they leave!

I highly recommend marinating the chicken in the sweet and sour sauce before placing them in the foil packets. The chicken was very good but did not have the sweet and sour flavor throughout.

I found this recipe to be good the first time but made it better the second time by buying pineapple rings and grilling them directly on the grill then slicing them up over the chicken before eating.

I loved it and so did my entire family. My youngest doesn't love peppers , so he just didn't eat them, but still the chicken had the sweet and sour flavor. Awesome!

I found this to basically be tasteless. I like flavor in my food and the chicken had no flavor. IF, and that's a big IF I were to try it again I would have to really season the entire packet.
