I made this because of the reviews and it was so horrible I threw them out. The Blue Cheese is what I think ruined this sandwich! I like Blue cheese, but the combinations in this sandwich didn't cut it with me, too tangy of a taste for the roast beef. Not enough flavor going on either-pepper & chives is not enough. Luckily, I had roast beef left over and used just the cream cheese, greens plus arugula, red onion, tomato & american cheese (also did pepper jack on one & mild chedder on other). Much better tasting!

We loved it, even my husband and 2 year old who are the pickiest eaters. I love that I can put this together before picking my older kids up from school and lunch is waiting when we get home. We will be having this again!!!

You might want to try some chopped Cilantro for more flavor.

i agree with the previous reviewer that these wraps are very hearty. i also used flour tortillas instead of cracker bread. i substituted half the roast beef for smoked turkey to add a little more variety. this tasted very good, but i was left with the feeling that it was missing something. it was still very good, but maybe adding another herb or something would give that punch i feel it was lacking.

This is a great sandwich and hearty enough for a light supper. I used regular tortillas instead of cracker bread. It is great with the tomato-basil type. The spread is actually better the next day, the flavors meld together. I would use this for a summer family get together.
