This is a nice variety for grilled pork chops. I do cut back on the amount of black pepper and cumin just a little or it gets a bit too spicy for me. |

I thought this recipe was only ok. i actually thought it used too much lime zest. maybe i am not a huge fan of lime. my husband put his on a sandwich and my kids didn't touch it. i am going to be making the Grilled Chile-lime chicken tonite but i am going to omit the lime zest. lime zest is too overpowering for my taste. |

Try adding feta cheese to the pork right before you take it off the grill. The added taste is perfect and so is the recipe |

I made this for the first time a few months back. This is a winner for my family. My husband loves food well seasoned & this was the best pork chop I have made for us so far. I didn't need to adjust any seasonings. It's perfect just the way it is. This is a family favorite for us!!! |

This recipe is awesome. "Breaking up the norm in pork" is right. This was a fantastic twist. I thought that the lime would be overpowering, but it is not. Thanks!! |
