Comments: This recipe is SO simple and SO good. I did the microwave version in the tips for less fuss. Warmed up leftovers would be excellent on baked potatoes as well or mixed into cooked rice for a creamy side dish. |

Comments: this is great, but I always use the Pace the Thicky&Chunky kind is great and if you use low fat cream cheese and baked Tostida Chips, it makes it even healthier, but still as good tasting. |

Comments: this is an excellent dip especially for our "Mexican Night" which is usually once a week.I usually make two types, one (hot salsa) for us grown ups and the other mild for the kids. The leftovers are gone by the next day or two! |

Comments: Also good cold - just whip up (softened) cream cheese w/ the salsa w/ an electric beater & serve! |
