Comments: This recipe was so good. My husand loved it and I will be making it again for entertaining friends.
I did make some adjustments, like using oriental ramen noodles (i couldn't find soba), added cayenne pepper to saute shrimp, and added more veggies like baby corn (from can) and used frozen bag of stir-fry (peppers, onions, sugar snap peas, carrots, and sliced mushrooms). When I plated, I topped with chinese crunchy noodles and soy sauce.
I really reccommend this very easy and fast dinner. |

Comments: This was a pretty good meal. My boys really liked it. The only problem I had was getting the sauce to thicken. Not sure why. Maybe next time will use less chicken broth. I did decrease the amount of carrot and added fresh mushrooms and broccoli. Replaced the green beans with snow peas. Might also consider edamame. |

Comments: My family loved this recipe. Instead of the green beans and carrots I used sliced mushrooms and broccoli. I will definitely make this again. |

Comments: This recipe is going to be on my short list of favorites. I used minced ginger which is found in jars in the ethnic section of the grocery store. The soba noodles were in that section too. The minced garlic was also from a jar. It is a very light, quick and delicious meal. |

Comments: Another terrific recipe from the kitchen of Betty Crocker! It was an instant success at my table.I made it exactly according to the recipe and will definitely make it again. The fresh ginger is really the "secret ingredient" that makes this dish stand out. |

Comments: This is a very easy dish to prepare... even for a guy.It is also tasty and with different asian sauces, you can add to the flavor by adding hoisin sauce or fish sauce or even Srirachi sauce (hot) to taste. If you like Asparagus (not many do) it can be substituted for the Green Beans. I also tried jicama and I was ok with it.Thanks. |
