Comments: Taste great in skillet as well. =0) I made a recipe like this before as a chicken casserole. I used chicken broth, instant brown rice, mix veggies, jalapenos, chicken and placed it in the oven. I topped it with cheese as it gets done. |

Comments: I changed the recipe just a little bit.
Instead of broccoli I substituted frozen green giant green beans and some baby carrots.
The dish was easy to make and both my children ate every bite!
I will make this dish again and again. |

Comments: This recipe was so easy and quick to make. I'm not the best cook in the world but this turnes out very good...my husband actually liked it. I don't eat brocolli in my food so I cooked it seperately and used green bell peppers intead of red and no mushrooms. Still turned out great. |

Comments: My family did not like this! It was edible but that was as far as it goes. It was VERY bland, if you decide to make this you should add some spices. Just wasn't a good combination of ingredients to us. I added extra cheese...that helped make it tolerable. |

Comments: This is a great recipe to get rid of the leftover chicken.
I think I will spice it up next time. |

Comments: Okay, I modified this recipe substantially because I was using food I already had. I didn't use instant rice, but the 20 minute kind. I cooked it separartely. I started the chicken when the rice was about 10 minutes from finishing. I used the frozen veggie mix of broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (my kids prefer that to the suggested mix). I forgot to thaw it out, so I just cooked with lid on for an additional 10 minutes after the chicken was done, until veggies were tender. This is a great recipe for sneaking in the veggies! |

Comments: This was very easy to make. I didn't have a 12 inch skillet so I used a large pot and it was just the same. I added a litte of my own seasoning for a little spicy kick. |

Comments: This was very good. I used fresh peppers and frozen broccoli. Plus, I used noodles instead of rice. Big hit and more filling. YUMMY!! |
