It looked great but after taking off the grill, it soon became soggy. My friends really enjoyed it at pool side but I think its something that must be eaten quickly and keep cover off when done, that may have prevented the soggyness afterwards. Its definately a recipe you can be creative with. I would try this one again.

I made this for lunch, and it was awsome!!! My boyfriend loved it! I also added hamburger to it, which I thought made it more like a meal! Will make this again! :)

Yummy recipe! I added corn and left out the chiles since kids were eating it as well. I had some of the bean mixture left over, so I topped a flour tortilla with it, added some cheese and cooked it on a skillet for a tostada and it was also very good.

We loved this recipe, we added pre cooked fajita/sandwich chicken though. A friend of mine also made it and said she loved it. My husband requests it all the time. We make it in the oven though, not on a grill. :-) This is one of the best nachos I've had and so easy to make.

Took this to a potluck and it evaporated. The flavor was wonderful, but was a little dry. I took a bowl of melted cheese for those who wanted it to be more gooey. Will definetly make it again.

Was very good and easy to make. But we substitued the beans for ground beef. It was a hit at our house.

Works much better in a convection oven, i.e. no burnt chips.

I have made this recipe several times. My family loves it, even my three year old. I added ground hamburger and salsa. This is a recipe that is easy and good. Thank you!

To get this real hot(to get all the cheese melted), you might burn the bottom chips. We put in extra chips leaving the bottom ones to burn and not eating them.

Well I tried this recipe for the picnic nachos and it was a blast hearing my friends complimenting me on the nachos. Thanks to whom ever submitted this one.
