I served this at a baby shower, and it was the first thing to go, got rave reviews! I also used vanilla yogurt I had stuck in the freezer and liquid margarita mix. I used the amount recommended, and the flavor was perfect. My only complaint is that the crust was NOT sufficient for the amount of pie filling, and I wish I had used a store-bought one instead of wasting my time doing it by hand. |

This pie was delicious! My version of it was a little modified; not entirely on purpose:*couldn't find "frozen yogurt" so I bought vanilla yogurt and stuck it in the freezer*bought liquid margarita mix instead*doubled the amount of margarita mix for extra flavor & sweetness*used a pre-made graham cracker pie crustIt was VERY sweet, probably my fault for doubling the margarita mix but everyone loved it because it's such a "light" dessert! |
