Comments: I have been making this recipe for years now. I originally got the recipe from the Betty Crocker recipe magazine and have been making it at least once a month since then. My family loves this recipe and it's so easy to prepare. We have always had an issue with the ribs falling off the bone trying to get to the grill, but read some reviews and next time I will cool before removing from crock pot, hope that makes it easier. |

Comments: I cooked these over the weekend and they were a hit. I did alter it a little. I cooked the ribs in a slower cooker for 6 hours and then finished them off on the grill outdoors for the remaining 2 hours. Best ribs ever. I will only use this technique for ribs from now on. My family is still raving about this one. |

Comments: These ribs come out so tender - I have to shorten the time in the crockpot so that they don't fall off the bone getting them to the grill. The flavor is delicious and they are so easy. For the first time, I can cook ribs!! Friends are asking me for my recipe. |

Comments: We are picky rib eaters, preferring baby back to loin back. I tried this recipe - used sweet onions and root beer - created a very tender meat and was dubbed, "I liked it, lets have it again!" by a picky eater. |

Comments: My husband absolutely loves these ribs. I make the marinade, rub it all over the ribs, but I don't cook them in a slow cooker. I put them in my big blue oval roaster in the oven, with lid on. 325 for 2.5 to 3 hrs. Take them out, put barbecue sauce on them, and on the grill they go. They are tender and delicious. |

Comments: These ribs were the best ever! My family loved them so much. Will make again very soon. So easy also. I didn't have liquid smoke, so used "Dale's Seasoning". Made roasted potatoes and corn on the cob! Great dinner! Gave copies of this to all in my office to make! Thanks much! |

Comments: I cooked these ribs yesterday and folowed the recipe. After just 3 hours in the crockpot the ribs were falling off the bones. I took them out and let them cool. I then grilled them but they were already overcooked. The BBQ sauce didn't cook into the ribs. I can't beleive the recioe says 8-9 hours in the cockpot. Way too long!!!!!! |

Comments: What a great way to cook ribs. I put the slow cooker on before I left for work, and 8 hours later they were ready when I came home. Throw them on the grill with some BBQ sauce for about 5-7 minutes a side and voila! They were falling off the bone. Sooo easy to make. It was my first attempt at ribs and I will never cook them any other way! |

Comments: Wonderful! And so easy and flavorful. I especially like the idea that I don't have to spend hours at the grill to get tasty, fall-off-the-bone ribs. I think the liquid smoke is a must in this recipe. |

Comments: We tried these ribs tonight and they got RAVE reviews! They were so tender they fell off the bone...no teeth necessary.I cooked them for 9 hours on low in the crockpot and added two sliced jalapenos with the onions. Not too spicy at all. I left out the smoke sauce and left the inner lining on the ribs (too difficult to remove). Next time I'll only cook them 8 hours in the crockpot to make grilling easier. (So tender they were getting difficult to turn). The grilling thickened the BBQ sauce nicely, and even blackened it a bit. I highly recommend this recipe, and I can't wait to try it again! |
