Comments: I tried it cold and warm, I preferred the warmed-up version. I also added cheddar cheese. Great for lunch! |

Comments: great recipe. so quick and simple. I used chorizo instead of chicken and it was really good. Also added extra salsa to the mixture. A few chopped jalapenos would be good too. |

Comments: Sooooo quick and easy! I changed it up a little: only used 1/2 of the can of corn and beans, added shredded lettuce, added hot taco sauce (we don't like a lot of the tomatoes in the salsa) and heated up the beans and corn w/ the chicken. |

Comments: This is a fabulous recipe. All the ingredients are things I usually have on hand, it's a meat stretcher (with the addition of beans) and so EASY!! I only had frozen chicken strips on hand. It did't effect the yum factor, but did cut down the prep time. My husband is insisting a return engagement. A definite "KEEPER." |
