This salad is fantastic! Since there are just two of us, I put the dry noodles from the soup mix in a container and add it to a serving when we're ready to eat it. That way they don't get soggy. My husband suggested adding cooked chicken strips and turning it into a meal.

This salad is great! It makes a BIG bowl-plenty for a pot-luck supper. I forgot to toast the almonds and just added them right before serving and they were nice and crunchy. I also substituted sugar snap peas for the snow peas and broccoli slaw mix because that was what I had available at the time and it was still delicious. (For the previous reviewer, I didn't blanch my peas, just served them fresh and sliced on the diagonal.)

I just want to know if anyone did not blanch the snow pea pods first? I do a lot of 'odd' type salads such as this and I will try it when I get all the ingredients, but I think I will blanch the pods first and chill them. I am only thinking a few seconds in boiling water. Oh yeah, I will also leave out the ramen seasoning packet and just correct the seasoning.

We loved this salad. It was easy to make. My husband added more of the coleslaw mix to it. We made it with some boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated in Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Quick & Easy Marinade. It was a great dinner!

This was a great refreshing salad. I think it will make a nice summer dish to go along with grilled burgers.

The salad was delicious and so easy to prepare. I also added a small amount of sunflower seeds. Everyone loved the salad even my husband.

This receipt was easy and delicious. My daughter and I ate it in just two days. I've had a gastro by-pass and it was very easy on my stomache. Good work!

I made this delicious pasta salad for lunch on a floattrip. It was such a huge hit with our friends, I hardly got any! The combination of textures and flavors hit the spot on a hot day in the sun. YUMMY!

I made this salad lst night to go with our beef kabobs. I know some of the ingredients may sound alittle strange but the end result was very good. It would be a great cold salad to take to a family function. Highly recommend that you give this a try. Next time I'm going to add some salad shrimp.

This is pretty good, in limited serving amounts. I think it was the Oriental seasoning from the Ramen soup packet that left a peculiar taste in my mouth when I sat down to a big bowl of this for lunch one day. When I ate it with other foods as a small side, I didn't notice that. My guests really liked it. I might just leave out that Oriental seasoning packet next time. Otherwise, a good and different pasta salad recipe.

Wow! Great recipe. I would have never thought to do this myself. I brought it to work for a potluck and no one could believe it was Suddenly Salad.
