I made this for a family BBQ this weekend. My friends are picky so they didn't devour it like i'd hoped. However, the next day I added some more ranch, colby-jack cheese, more fresh cut veggies, bacon crumbles and chicken. I brought it to another BBQ and people loved it there. Either way it was refreshing and delicious, great idea and quick to make, lots of flavor! |

This is an easy prepare crowd pleaser. I made this for a family get together this week and everyone loved it. There were no left overs :) |

I made this salad for a party and it was a hit. All of the veggies gave it a "healthy" feel and some even asked for the recipe. Other pasta salads at the party went mostly untouched. This is a fresh take on regular pasta salad and very EASY to make. |
