since it is so hot here in Texas, i wanted something fast
and good and something my husband might enjoy, so i tried
ths Sunny Broccoli Salad it was a hit. I changed a few things and added a few. I don't like raisins, so i had
some dried cranberries on hand and used them instead, i also
was out of red onions, so i used green onions and the
sunflower nuts was a no-no. i also used light mayo I also
added a few cherry tomatoes(home grown)and a few green olives. very very good, with grilled steak or chicken |

I really enjoyed this salad. I liked the pasta in it, reminded me of my grandmothres broccolli salad. |
