Yummy, added this recipe to my favorites file. I made it pretty much as the recipe called for. I'm not a spinach fan but this was awesome. We added a bit of parmesean at the table when serving. My BF said it looked every bit as good as pictured in any cookbook and tasted even better. During the whole meal he kept raving about how good it tasted.

My husband doesn't like spinach so I substituted broccoli. It was delicious and light. When hubby says "you can make this any time" I know it's good!

This recipe was so easy and delicious. The pepper flakes give it a little kick. I will definitely be making this one again and again!

Excellent! I had to make it with frozen cooked shrimp and that made them a little tough. Next time I will use the fresh and I think they will soak up more flavor and be more juicy.

Loved this recipe - so quick and easy. Always looking for a light non-meat meal during Lent and this was delicious! I skipped the red pepper flakes though :)

I thought this recipe was great. Even our picky 16 year old liked it. I used regular pasta because I didn't have any multigrain. I only used 2 cups of spinach because 4 cups seemed like too much. I also cut down the cherry tomatoes to about 20 of them because our son isn't a huge tomato fan.

I made this recipe last week and my family LOVED it...there were not any leftovers!! I would not add much red pepper as a little goes a long way! I will make this meal again!!
