Comments: I play roller derby and I brought a batch of these for my team on bout day. I think they tasted great, and had good ingredients for a day when we need lots of energy. |

Comments: Tried these a couple weeks ago and both my husband and I loved them. He's very picky when I choose something that is "good" for him. I plan on making them again this weekend. |

Comments: I changed it a little. I used a combination of 3 cups granola, quick cooking oats, ground flax seed and wheat germ. then i used 1/2 cup of plain honey and no brown sugar as i don't like to use plain sugar in cooking. i also used raisins rather then apples as i didn't have dried apples.
The rest was the same. I am alway trying to find something for my 3 year old for breakfast the can be eated on the go. this she loved. great reciept |
