Loved this cake. It was really easy to make and I am not a good cook/baker. Only thing was, while the rest of the cake was perfect, a small section in the middle was a little "not done." Would leave it in for a few more minutes next time. Didn't care the streusal part on top. Will use have of the streusal next time.

This is awesome I didn't use all the glaze I drizzled approx half on cake. Next I think it would be great as mini muffins, use 1/4 of the coconut, just a few of my ideas other than that it's amazingly moist I almost ate the whole thing myself..............

This is a delicious cake. I've made it at least a dozen times for family and friends, and everyone RAVES about it and asks for the recipe. It's wonderful warm, and simple to make. I keep all the ingredients on hand and make it for houseguests for breakfast.

I made this for a TupperWare party and it was the talk of the party. It is very moist and different, they could not believe it started as a box mix!

I made two of these (crowd size) for the teachers and staff @ my school..they all raved about it and how moist the cake was! They appreciated the fact that it was 'a little' healthy with the carrots and apples! I will definitely make this recipe again. Plus it makes the house smell good while it's baking!!

Very good. If not serving right away I would wait for the glaze part. I made this and took it to work. It got kind of soggy from the glaze being done the day before.

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious! Had a group of ladies over this morning and made this before they arrived. They all thought it was fantastic. They couldn't believe how simple it was to make. They all thought it was a "from scratch" cake that I made. My husband even commented that it was pretty good and he is one who really only likes my "from scratch" chocolate cake.

I made 12 muffins in paper liners instead of coffee cake and they were wonderful. I baked for 22 minutes. I had company in from out of town and had made them for breakfast but when they arrived the night before half were gone before they went to bed. Absolutely 5 stars. I followed the recipe exactly except for the change to muffins. Also very easy.

This is a great recipe to make when a few friends come for coffee. I wouldn't change a thing - sometimes I skip the nuts if I don't have any around. Very good and easy.

This looked and sounded absolutely delicious. However, although it tasted good, it wasn't as great as I thought it would be.
