OMG! Delish! I made these because of a craving for a cookie-type oatmeal bar. These MORE than fit the bill. The crust is lovely and the filling is just right... a nice combo of sweet and tangy. Easy to assemble. The worst part is the 2hour wait. You will not be disappointed.

I made them exactly as the recipe instructed... wonderful! Perfect for a sweet breakfast treat or anytime. It really surprised me how good they were, can't wait to make again. Some people commented that they omitte the lemon... I think the lemon is what ties all the flavors together, so tasty!

I brought this to a cookie exchange last year. Everyone loved it! I'm bringing it to Thanksgiving dinner at my friend's house this year. It's a keeper!

I used Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and eliminated the grated lemon. This recipe is fabulous! Chewy, chocolately, and just the right amount of "good for you" cranberries. YUM!

I absolutely love this recipe. I have "personalized" it to our taste by omitting lemon peel and using walnuts rather than pecans. These bars freeze well...I tend to make a batch, individually wrap with plastic wrap, and enjoy one now and then for breakfast.

Very Good. I made these for my family at Easter time and everyone just kept picking at them, they couldn't leave them alone. Definitely a keeper!

This recipe was very easy to follow and the bars turn out fantastic! They're chewy and extremely satisfying! I find, for those who have a big sweet tooth, that adding some white chocolate chips with the cranberries will do the trick. Overall, I love this recipe and recommend it for pretty much any type of event.
